Formazione
L’associazione organizza momenti di formazione per volontari e operatori che con l’obiettivo di formarli nell’acquisizione di informazioni e nella loro diffusione sugli aspetti umani, socioeconomici legati alla migrazione marocchina. Inoltre, la formazione si propone di rafforzare il gruppo in modo che diventi una risorsa sostenibile e competente per il sostegno reciproco.
Vengono affrontati diversi temi come conflitti interculturali, relazioni educative con i giovani, gestione delle attività o anche gestione del burn-out con esperti in queste tematiche, nei diritti umani. Momenti formativi vengono organizzati in occasione di progetti come BEST e OLTRE, che permettono la sensibilizzazione alle tematiche sociali sulle seconde generazioni e sviluppare forme di protagonismo giovanile.

Training
The association organizes training opportunities for volunteers and operators who, with the aim of training them in the acquisition of information and their dissemination on the human, socio-economic aspects related to Moroccan migration. Furthermore, the training aims to strengthen the group so that it becomes a sustainable and competent resource for mutual support.
Various issues are addressed such as intercultural conflicts, educational relations with young people, management of activities or even management of burn-out with experts in these issues, in human rights. Training moments are organized on the occasion of projects such as BEST and OLTRE, which allow awareness of social issues on second generations and develop forms of youth leadership.
